Born in San Jose, CA, I grew up with my younger brother and two sisters as the area evolved from a ranching and agricultural paradise to the hub of computer mania. After parochial school I completed public high school and earned 2 junior college degrees. As a boy, I loved being a Scout, camping out, hiking, biking, rafting, tennis, swimming and diving, woods, wilderness, and the desert. My first jobs involved building, opening, and managing restaurants for venture capitalists in the South Bay area. Moving to Monterey Bay in the late 70′s, I spent nearly 20 years as a high school and adult education teacher with the Santa Cruz County Office of Education and then retired. I then worked for 5 years in private service and estate management for wealthy families in San Francisco, Marin, and Lake Tahoe. For the last 25 years I have purchased, rehabilitated, designed, built, remodeled, and sold land and homes in the Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay areas. With family roots in the Old Pueblo, I relocated to Tucson in 2000 and have made my second home my permanent home. My career is now focused on residential real estate and I am proud to be associated with Century21 Centra Realty. My interests include gardening, film, history, pets (dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles), and community volunteer service. 10% of my commissions are donated to local charities. So... are you moving?
