What I Offer: I am a Realtor because I love helping people get what they want, I love houses and I love assisting people during life transitions. I′ve had over 20 years of experience buying and selling homes and investment properties, as well as managing remodeling projects, so have personal as well as professional experience with all the ups and downs of the process. I care deeply about my clients and treat everyone with great respect, integrity and compassion. One of my greatest skills is communication, and that, combined with my ability to advocate for my clients, serves you in every aspect of this process. My goal is to serve my clients so they can be relaxed and at ease, able to enjoy the process even when situations may be challenging.

I am extremely good at listening and helping others get clear about what they want, whether buying a dream home, an excellent investment property, or selling and maximizing your earnings. I have great problem solving skills and am very resourceful, with great persistence at finding an answer to a question, or negotiating the best possible price for you.

Personal: I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 22 years, so I am familiar with the pleasures, and adjustments, that come with moving into the beautiful desert community of Tucson. I manage our vacation rental on Moloka′i, Hawaii, and managed a vacation rental as part of our home in the Tucson Mountains until moving with my partner and daughters into central Tucson, and appreciate the beauty and possibilities of both the urban and the rural lifestyle.

Education: I graduated in 1985 from UC Berkeley with a BA in Women′s Studies, and have further education in photography. I worked as a Doula with families for many years, caring for new mothers and babies, am a Reiki Master and recently went to India to become initiated to give Deeksha, a form of energy healing work. This combination of work experience has lead to a special interest in the energy and flow of homes and gardens.
